Day 14
Tues. May 15, 2001
Hi all,
Well we woke up this morning and looked out
and it was raining so we decided to take our cruise tomorrow and hope for better
weather. Today we went out to the coast and explored about 50 miles of coast
line. Sure is different from our white sandy beaches.
We got to take our first ferry ride from Whidbey
Island to Mukiteo.
As we headed down the coast.......

Grama looking for rocks for Spencer. No shells on
this beach.
A couple old folks walking on the
beach....
Our first sighting of a bald eagle.
Once we saw one we noticed about 4 others. We will
have to work on getting closer.
Maybe if I put on my hat I can get
closer.
This was our ferry. You can go just about anywhere
on these things including Alaska.
Well another day gone but we had a good time even
with the rain.
